Tweed is an on-demand service broker that targets both Kubernetes and BOSH for deploying mission-critical data services, in both shared configurations (running as containers on a Kubernetes cluster) and dedicated configurations (running as virtual machines in a cloud IaaS of your choice).
We showed off the power and flexibility of Tweed on Thursday, December 12th. It was epic. In case you missed it, we recorded it so you could watch it.
Tweed is a fully Open Source project, committed to the ideals of free and open access to the software infrastructure that underlies your data service frabric.
I never realized just how easy it could be to move from shared services, to dedicated services, back to shared, as needed. Tweed is neat!
